Setting up and coordinating meetings.
Uploading documents on company's system.
Responsible for Visa Processing of employee. Document controller (scanning, filling and safekeeping of the following: passport, labour card, labour contract, trade licensed, tenancy contract and Immigration card). Handling incoming / outgoing calls, correspondence and filing of documents.
Responsible for monthly invoices for Clients.
Daily checking of Emails. Faxing, Printing, photocopying and scanning.
Responsible for monitoring petty cash voucher.
