Keep records of calls placed and received.
Listen to customer requests and complaints referring to strategic customer handling via telephone calls and provide necessary solutions.
Take and direct customer orders to stores responsible for clients' location or provide information if the said branch is unavailable.
Observe signal lights on switchboards, and dial or press buttons to make connections or transfers.
Set up conference calls when needed (customers, delivery men, store supervisors, office management team)
Calculate and inform customers of the total billing of an order placed
Promote company products, services, and savings plans when appropriate.
Provide assistance for customers with special billing requests.
Record messages to be used on telephone systems.
Update directory information, customers' profile, and regular orders.
Perform clerical duties such as encoding, proofreading, and sorting mail.
Respond to Company SMS and E-mails accordingly.
