Identifying and developing new business opportunities.
Prospecting for new business, preparing /presenting new proposals and maintaining existing relationships.
Responsible for achieving targets based on volume and revenue.
Administering and maintaining the sales management tools and provide required reporting to the management such as Daily Sales Activity, Monthly Quote Log, and other reports on sales activity.
Monitoring and supervising the sales team to achieve the monthly sales target.
Setting sales target and defining strategy to achieve these targets.
Managing the proposals development process and maintaining the time lines for the proposal teams.
Maintaining the Business Development database.
Contributing as required and from time to time to work on market research, remodelling existing services, service model development and on implementing successful bids.
