Ensure compliance with Company and Client policies and procedures.
Ensure the delivery of services meets agreed standards and site specifications through the use of schedules and optimum use of labor.
Ensuring accuracy and compliance at all times, all health, safety and hygiene is compliant and conducting staff training and development.
Provide the manpower as per client roster right number of people to right location.
Provide staff cover in case of any incidents/sickness on or off site in a timely manner.
Onsite training, development and reviewing the team.
Monthly planning of staff meetings, briefings with the Account Manager.
Site visits, feeding back to the relevant supervisors and Account Manager.
All new staff to be measured and to be issued with new uniforms.
Ensuring required documentation provided to client to process access ID applications.
Manage administration of staff attendance.
Responsible for the transport requirements to ensure smooth running.
Making a follow up with supplier on all purchase orders.
Meet customer and client expectation at all times.
Handle customer feedback quickly and effectively, in a positive manner.
Encourage client feedback following company guidelines.
