Formulation of sales targets and annual budget and tracking the progress achieved.
Pursue the collection within the credit period as per the company policy.
Activate market share and promotions to aid brand development and maximize brand performance.
Planning and activating the main strategies and policies of pricing, promotions and incentives.
Prepare the SWOT analysis and analytical reports for products, category, sales man and branches to stand up on strength and points to develop through a strong action plan.
Co-ordinate with other departments heads to ensure the maximum activation and performance of sales dep.
Search for new products and lines in order to have the maximum satisfaction of customers need.
To ensure warehouse stocks are correctly audited to keep the products available all the time according to the lead time.
Prepare action plans by individuals as well as by team for effective search of sales leads and prospects.
Control expenses to meet budget guidelines.
Conduct one-on-one review with all staff to build more effective communications, understand training , development needs, and to provide insight for the improvement of Sales staff and sales activity performance.
Develop a business plan and sales strategy for the market that ensures achievement of company sales goals and profitability.
