Provide leadership in planning, budgeting, development, evaluation and supervision of business applications including intranet portal and websites
Promote initiatives to enhance the use of IT to improve efficiency and effectiveness of the administrative processes.
Explore the potential of new technologies to improve web presence and e-services.
Monitor and review staff performance and service level requirements and achievements.
Provide day-to-day supervision, conduct performance appraisals, and delegate work assignments for all IT personnel
Assist with the development and implementation of goals, objectives, policies, and priorities set by the business
Develop, organize, supervise and assess training programs on new and revised systems, procedures, and applications; and respond to user needs promptly
Ensure and maintain disaster recovery and business continuity
