Configuring and Maintaining VMware environment with SAN in VM Virtual Center with 70 Server ( 2003 and 2008)
Managing entire Network (Firewall, Network Switches, Routers, and etc ) in globally.
Managing IBM AIX Servers with UNIX version 7.1
Managing daily backup and restore
Apply and maintaining organization IT policies.
Management of Technical support.
Network Management for Group.
Support for PBX systems, including IP PBX
Provide support, guidance, assistance and training to end users
Installation, upgrades and trouble shooting of the network, including telephony systems
Identify problems and solutions in a timely fashion
Support end users ad-hoc needs and requests
Configure, test, and maintain LAN/WAN equipment and related services
Identify, diagnose, and resolve network problems
Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for all implemented networks
Provide pre-sales and post-sales technical support
Assist in preparation of proposals and solution presentations
Maintain and support company's LAN/WAN environment
Handle Windows and Linux systems, business applications, anti-virus protection, email, and authentication administration
Daily maintenance and problem resolution, operating system patches and software
upgrades, and routine hardware configuration
Obtain and maintain required certifications for partnership with key vendors
Plan complete network for organizations and document the same
Execute network cabling and ensure safety and efficiency during the process
