Tracking of daily and monthly time & attendance reports, close monitoring of absenteeism / leaves, Hotel & Air ticket booking and Transportation for Employees / Guests. Liaison with legal advisors in matters pertaining to legal disputes.
Manpower Planning, Recruitment & Selection: Develop manpower plan in coordination with departmental heads as per competency map. Make recruitment faster & more effective while reducing cost & impact of employee turnover both locally & overseas for technical and non-technical vacancies. Coordinate with Manpower Consultancies. Maintain Organizational Charts updated at all times.
Coordination & Communication Flow: Liaise with PRO for day today activities/ employee issues and visit labor office if required. Communication flow regarding New Joiners/resignations/change in job role/holidays etc.
Developing & organizing Induction Program for new recruits and making them familiar with company culture & activities. Identify training needs through appraisal forms and maintain training calendar.
Update & review of HR Manual, Induction Manual, Company Policies and Job Description on regular basis as per the company norms / amendments.
Process & handling monthly payroll including overtime. Release of quarterly sales incentives.
Ensuring prompt resolution of employee grievances to maintain cordial employer-employee relations. Counselling / negotiating & amicably settling disputes with/within workers/staff, maintain discipline & harmonious working environment across all employees. Fulfilling employee requests for documents (salary certificates, letter to bank/consulate etc.) & custodian of performance/warning letters & legal documents (labour contract, passport, leave record etc).
