Handle the recruitment cycle (such as job posting, pre-screening of CV’s, interview and evaluation of candidates and make necessary recommendations to ensure that human resources requirements were met.
Ensure the submission of pre-employment requirements and coordinate with Public Relations Department on the processing of new joiners’ documents.
Conduct employee induction program to new joiners.
Handle the processing of employees’ benefits such as medical and life insurance, medical reimbursement claims, annual ticket entitlement, children education allowance and leave salary advance request.
Act as a liaison between the company, insurance providers and travel agency.
Prepare employee monthly attendance summary, payroll summary and MOL attendance reports.
Identify and recommend appropriate employee recognition schemes.
Coordinate employee performance evaluation for confirmation, salary increment, transfer and/or promotions.
Conduct employee counseling sessions and issues disciplinary action whenever necessary.
Conduct mini-information sessions to disseminate information on HR policies and on employee related topics. As well as handle and coordinate employee relations and social activities to the concerned Business Units.
Develop, recommend and schedule training plan and development courses for employees.
Develop and recommend operating policy and procedural improvements.
Handle disengagement formalities of employees.
Assist the Director for Group Services in manpower planning and HR Related projects and programs.
Oversee the performance of duties of Office Assistant, Drivers, Receptionist and/or Admin Assistants.
