Maintain regular communication with the entire Group offices in the GCC, various department heads, projects and site representatives and evaluate current and future personnel requirements.
Execute integrated recruitment solutions using multiple avenues including direct sourcing, employee referrals, internet sourcing, job advertising, Job Portals' search and campus recruitments.
Responsible for the complete Recruitment - Cycle: Identify staffing requirements, prepare job descriptions, sourcing candidates, evaluating, planning, designing and conducting pre-employment tests & interviews' (HR and Technical),salary negotiation, reference check for all the short listed candidates, valid documentation for Visa process, ensuring a smooth & complete transition into the organization.
Determine strategies to assess candidate competency and recruit top performers and ensure candidate quality as a primary objective. Headhunting - calling and researching companies, social networking sites', identifying potential candidates.
Administer induction sessions in order to foster positive attitude towards Company policies, procedures, work culture, work hours, and other employee- related matters.
Sustain professional confidentiality regarding employee personal and company-sensitive information by managing and maintaining personnel records in accordance with company procedures.
Act as a focal point for employee issues and help in retaining strong internal customer relationships with various project sites and other departments and offices in the Region.
Assist in identifying, analysing and solving HR issues and contribute to HR process re-engineering as required. Conduct exit interviews for all resigned and terminated employees.
Monitor constant up-to-date of changes to salary structures as per current market trend to help the Group in the negotiation process taking into consideration the Group's salary structure, job documentation, and job evaluation systems.
Develop and recommend policies and procedures for the smooth operation of the Recruitment Process.
