Directly report to HR Manager/General Manager.
Liaising with different Departments to ensure the on boarding or exit of employee.
Provide administrative support to the director and managers, staff and perform directly related appropriate duties as assigned.
Liaising with the PRO to onboard employees and ensure that all government requirements are completed
Analyze resumes of candidates, scanning them for interviews and placing them accordingly.
Computation of annual Leave records.
Computation of employee gratuity.
Managing database of employees.
Managing employee compensation Benefits.
Preparing performance appraisal for employees
Preparing internal promotion letter and keep all the records regarding promotion.
Assist in payroll processing.
Assist and prepare all HR documentation works.
Prepare MIS Report
Typing reports, memos and other correspondence accept and distribute messages and mails to proper departments and Employees
Handling, filing and keeping track of employee documentation
Monitor and organize scheduled meetings & appointments.
Responsible for travel arrangements.
Following up on employee requests and issues
