Independently manage all compensation and benefit activities
Introduce new benefit plans for the employees like Medical, accidental and group gratuity scheme
Propose various rewards and recognition plans to the Management
Handling recruitment and selection for the both off & on roll employees.
Responsible for the complete joining formalities of new employee
Liason with Govt. authorities for statutory related issues (PF, Labour law)
Handling Employee Grievances
Responsible for full and final settlement of all employees
Responsible for yearly actuarial evaluation for leave and gratuity for the organization
Provide monthly provision to finance
Taking Care of all Legal Compliances related issues.
