Recommending and implementing strategy for HR management and development (including recruitment and selection , Background Verification, policy/practices, discipline, grievance, counseling, pay and conditions, contracts, training and development, moral and motivation, culture and attitude development, performance appraisal and quality management issues)
Complete Payroll management for all the above regions including WPS and online salary transfers
Plan for employee's performance appraisal; develop tools for appraisal, job evaluation and development
Plan and direct for Training of employee including senior managers, maintain contact with outside resources for training, training calendar management
Process, verify, and maintain documentation relating to personnel activities such as staffing, recruitment, training, grievances, performance evaluations and management
Responsible for Induction and training of new joiners and also responsible for exit formalities
Responsible for identifying and proposing training programs for employees across branches geographies.
Responsible for all letter preparation for employees as required.
Responsible for coordinating with PR department in getting new and renewal of Visa and Labour card
Conducting events / employee engagement programs during specific pre-approved days of the year
Coordinating with top management on the yearly HR budget for recruitments, training, events and other employee development programs
Responsible for Corporate Social Responsibility of the organization
