Process, verify, and maintain personnel related documentation, including staffing, recruitment, training, grievances, performance evaluations, classifications, and employee leaves of absence.
Compile and prepare reports and documents pertaining to personnel activities.

Making a pool of applications by collecting the CVs.
Connecting all the convenient applicants and make initial interview with them.
Designing and conducting interviews. Prepare for the interview by establishing rapport.
Structure the questions and review it before conducting the interview.
Request information from law enforcement officials, previous employers, and other references to determine applicants' employment acceptability.
