Planning Engineer

Schedule, plan and monitor the entire program of work.
Analyze all engineering activities for all internal and external departments.
Provide support to all operations and extension requests.
Prepare Production & logistics plan.
Measure the productivity of Design, Production & Site based on daily & weekly reports also manage all communication and provide efficient feedback for all processes.
Set up issue alerts for all important contractual and milestone dates & Prepare required presentation for all regulatory agencies.
Prepare cash flow, charts & histograms of on planning projects.
Verify critical path and interface between design/ engineering/ procurement / execution.
Monitor progress periodically and compare it with the baseline program.
Update the schedule based on inputs received from project team.
Prepare Progress reports & Manpower histograms.
Track and calculate the Productivity of each and every department & prepare department progress chart.
