Promote a safe work environment and provide leadership in implementing Zero Accident philosophy
To ensure that project meets the stipulated quality requirements by closely monitoring and supervising the work and to take the appropriate actions timely to remedy any shortcomings.
Keep a full and accurate daily construction report.
Perform necessary inspections
Testing inspection such as static load test, dynamic test and pile integrity test
Work actively with the contractor’s project management teams in understanding project objectives and priorities.
Monitor the activities and work sequences of subcontractors/vendors/suppliers to ensure compliance of project plans, specifications, and conformed contracts
Monitoring and supervising the construction works at the project, to ensure it meets the requirements in term of cost, quality and time.
Review Technical Submittals i.e. Method Statements, ITP’s, Technical Drawing, Contractor’s NCR’s Dispositions, etc. for comments and approval base on approved contract.
Report daily for any progress update, issues need to be resolve.
