Performing audit planning activities such as preliminary analytical reviews, establishing audit strategies and ascertaining materiality levels.
Performing audits and assessing financial statements.
Inform client of audit results and opinion, and discuss matters of concern with management.
Communicate and share all relevant client and business knowledge with the engagement team on a timely basis.
Gather audit evidence, carry out and evaluate the results of the audit tests through substantive verification of all areas in the audit programme.
Liaising with banks, government organizations and entrepreneurs during the audit.
Gaining understanding of the business objectives and critical success factors, and accordingly, recommending appropriate measures to improve the overall performance.
Handle audit engagements and other special projects.
Identifying business and audit risk of the industry.
Assist clients in reporting of financial and accounting information.
Preparation of internal control memorandums to communicate significant weaknesses in the client's internal control system and recommend improvements therein.
Ensure all client deliverables are prepared on a timely basis to a high technical standard and quality.
