Deliver an error-free customer services aimed at providing an uncompromised satisfaction of the customers but not compromising the policies and procedures.
Perform cash transactions with high level of speed and accuracy.
Processes the transactions, i.e., foreign currency, money transfers, Credit card payments, and collection of payments, inward remittance payments
Investigate notes to determine genuine from counterfeit, balances transactions and ensure that no shortage and overages, no double posting and misclassifications.
Transfer balanced cash collections to the Branch-in-Charge and generates necessary closing reports.
Cross-sells the products and services.
Solve problem items and handle effectively the challenging customers' inquires.
Guide the customers through demonstration of the product and services and the customers steps in obtaining the required services without any biases on nationality, color, race and income.
Achieve or exceed Customer service objectives. This ensure customer satisfaction and thereby repeats sales.
Observing high level of cooperation with the colleagues, with the Branch-in-Charges and with all the supports units. Thus, a team player.
