Manage and maintain the general trading of products including furniture, electronics, appliances and foodstuff; designs, organizes and implements office policies, standards and procedures; updates organizational membership.
Responsible for the recruitment and selection of office staff; staff supervision, performance evaluation, coaching, training and discipline; assigns and monitors clerical and secretarial functions.
