Provide excellent customer service.
Manage the Client Service Coordinators (create staff schedules, manage workflow, handle staffing and employee issue, enforce department policy and procedures etc.)
Accurately perform registration process for new and existing clients.
Schedule appointment according to established procedures.
Make reminder calls to clients.
Ensure Customer Service follow up methods and procedures are complete and meet time standards.
Create method to provide feedback and quality Assurance on identified errors.
Capture and report on all Customer Service Measurement, production and turnaround time metrics.
Taking ownership of complaint and queries and proactively following through to resolution.
Rendering useful administrative support to other members of customer care team.
