Provide all types of document controller jobs in the project/administration departments.
Efficient coordination and administration support to the department head, technical team and co-workers.
Manage project documents, follow up and support the team responsible for the document control affairs in the project
Distribute documents on timely manner to the office engineers and other office employees.
Support administration, coordination with staffs maintaining strict confidentiality in all situations.
Act as office coordinator between all managers, department's engineers/technical staffs and provide ensuring proper communication is delivered.
Receiving, verifying, distributing, updating of all types of incoming and outgoing correspondences including drawings as per the QA/QC specification.
Quality archiving of all types of contractor documents including drawings.
Preparing/producing outstanding actions register and responses on correspondence.
Scanning of documents for distribution to designated recipients.
Maintaining hard copy reference library of all documentation which ensures quick and easy location and recovery of information.
Provide systematic filing system and keeping records to ensure that up-to-date information is available.
Keeping backups of documents as per the supervision of the superiors.
Keeping separate Log sheets for inspections requests, material submittal, method statements, prequalification, shop drawings and other related logs for Client's Audit Purpose.
Maintaining separate log sheets for material submittals, method statements, prequalification, shop drawings, materials log and other related documents.
Coordinate flow of information both internally and externally.
Distribute of incoming and outgoing communicated documents on timely manner.
Efficient communications skill as internal as well as external.
Assist to prepare monthly progress report, meeting agenda, making spread sheet and design on power point etc.
