Meet, answer and call clients.
Plan, administer and review customer service and after-sales services, and maintain good customer relations.
Check if all related documents for visa processing given to Typist and PRO are correct and complete.
Respond promptly to customer inquiries, handle and resolve customer complaints.
Maintain statements and keep records of customer transactions.
Record details of inquiries, status, comments and complaints
Follow up with clients to complete all procedures to avoid fines.
Communicate, coordinate and conduct weekly meetings with the team members.
Provide feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.
