Attending complaints and queries of customers and respond on timely and professionally manner.
Collect Feedbacks from customers.
Prepare customer reports and suggestions for higher level management on weekly and monthly basis for continual improvements.
Prepare daily reports on the daily activities of Sales team.
Prepare MIS of Sales managers and shared it to them on monthly basic.
Coordinate with the training dept to conduct training activities for Sales & Admin team.
Coordinated with Sales & Admin to inform the new incentive schemes to the Sales Team on monthly basics
Coordinating with the head office for the customers pending issues
Informing the new schemes to the existing customers and the sales team
