Implementing general administration and customers services duties to ensure efficient and courteous answering of telephones calls, emails/fax and to provide all necessary correct information.
Responsible for the maintaining and updating all necessary records/data by doing weekly, monthly reports.
Ensure communication and coordination to operation department and sales person.
Responsible for attending all customer queries, address all issues/complaints and interaction with courtesy and respect.
Maintaining and developing good relationship to the existing and new clients by attending/providing the needs and wants of the clients.
