Sales - Management of Service Delivery; interact with customers for sale of company’s products by ensuring services efficiency and by adherence to best service standards.
Review and approve work processes documentations and system input reports.
Coordinate the accomplishments of staff training, motivation, consulting and staff individual scorecard appraisals to ensure that staffs perform as per expected behaviors.
Achieving Monthly budgets provide support to branch manager to prepare the comments for budget variance on achievement of branch sales of product targets.
Resolve branch complaints forwarded by complaint resolutions units in a timely manner.
Recommend work flow changes lead to process improvements to the branch manager at least once a year.
Manage and respond to Internal Audit and ICD comments relating products and Retail customer service.
Review and recommend staff training requirements on quarterly basis to Branch Manager.
