The person holding this position is responsible for preparation and implementation of the annual marketing plan and budget. Marketing Manager ensures maximum brand awareness and lead generation of conducted campaigns and other events and efficient coordination of external providers when needed. He/she is responsible for advertising campaigns effective creation, implementation, coordination and delivery with required results. Furthermore, the person submits regular KPIs report to provide accurate data on marketing function performance.
Prepare and implement the annual marketing plan and budget to ensure alignment of the marketing activities with the objectives (lead generation, brand awareness and client retention).
Work on advertising campaigns covering print, outdoor, radio and branding in order to generate leads.
Effectively coordinate with external agencies in order to develop marketing projects that meets the objective of the marketing department.
Support business development roadshows with international advertisement campaigns to ensure maximum brand awareness and lead generation abroad.
Actively cooperate with Business Development team to ensure maximum lead generation.
Regularly submit the KPIs report in order to measure the marketing function effectiveness and achievements and provide accurate data for further business decisions.
Stay current on marketing industry trends in order to make recommendations on ways to continually contribute through innovative marketing style.
