Ensuring on-time escalation, updates and notification to stakeholders at the time of Incident & Problem tickets.
Preparing IT audit documents.
Organize & manage FMS team to timely resolution of Client's request and technical issues reported at Service desk. Conducting internal training for updates and review SLA/ Escalation matrix/new Projects to IT Team.
Plan and allocate resources to fulfill process requirements. Prepare & Review reports, conduct vendor meeting as and when required.
Follow up with internal team, vendors and Service providers for RFP and deliverables.
Responsible for implementing and maintaining policies and procedures to support SLA & OLA.
Understanding client requirement, discussing it with Stakeholders and in adherence of procedure, ensuring on time delivery of day to day requirement or new projects.
Planning and scheduling equipment maintenance activities.
Ensuring IT Compliance should be taken care and information Security principals should be followed.
