Analyze statistical data and reports to identify and determine causes of personnel problems and develop recommendations for improvement of organization's personnel policies and practices.
Handling Employee Database, Leave plans, Attendance Management and Managing Salary advances of Employees.
Coordination with internal employees and various departments internally.
Booking of Hotels, Flight Tickets & arranging of transportation for the guests & Staffs
Communication & coordination with the clients for smooth operation.
Face to face meetings.
Preparation of various letters such as warning letters and issue them for Staff.
