Coordinating the HR / Admin activities with PRO and HR Coordinators.
Receiving and registering Personnel Request from different departments and arranging recruitment.
Scheduling interviews and short listing the candidates as per the request.
Preparing offer Letter and issuing it.
Arranging Induction program and data collection of new employees.
Proper Filing and registering the new employee in the ERP and accomplish his basic requirements.
Doing Employee performance evaluation and fixing the increment as per the company policy.
Preparing leave schedules and arranging leaves as per the report from each department.
Proper updating of leave status with listing of out of country, abscond etc.
Preparing the leave settlement as per the labour law for each employee.
Registering and handling Employee grievances properly.
Receiving, registering and arranging discussions for each resignation and involving in final decision making.
Preparing the final settlement including gratuity as per the labor law.
Doing Exit interviews for leaving employees, and presenting and discussing it with top management.
Registering site accidents/ incidents and reporting to the Insurance company and follow up for claims.
Preparing and issuing Salary certificates, Salary transfer letter, Inter office Memos, Transfer letters, Termination letters, Promotion letters etc.
Taking proper action for increasing the job satisfaction and evaluation of it.
Engaging in arranging extracurricular activities, celebrations etc.
Handling the Microsoft outlook and scheduling the programs as per it.
Giving the fund request to the accounts department and doing proper follow up.
Checking of time in and out and oversee the preparation of time sheet.
Handling the rejoining and proper reallocation of employee.
Maintaining the employee discipline, punctuality and good atmosphere.
