Handling End to end recruitment for all positions in both Technical and Support Functions
Completion of Manpower Requisition Form and getting it approved by President
Ensuring Job Descriptions for the positions are available before recruiting
Sourcing profiles through Online Portals
Posting job opening in Internal Reference Scheme and Job Rotation Scheme
Scheduling interviews for the shortlisted candidates with Functional Heads and solely responsible for the interview process
Compensation analysis, fitment and issuing Offer letter to the selected candidate
Completion of all joining formalities and orientation for new employees
Ensuring induction/orientation to all new employees and coordinating their week long induction schedule which gives them insight into the company, HR policies, introduction to CEO and other team members, factory/site visit and integration with the organization.
Briefing the new employee on all HR aspects including modes of recruitment, performance management, value systems, leave policy, etc.
Maintaining and updating Employee Head count and Organizational Chart for the company on monthly basis.
Process Owner for creating employee master in the system and complete filing of new employee’s documents. Ensuring that they are updated periodically as and when change arises.
Provide Input to Accounts for the salary of new and existing employees on monthly basis and notify if any deductions/additions need to be made.
Involve in Manpower Planning for all managerial and supervisory staff and also responsible for deriving Business HR Plan for the year along with Senior Management.
