Payroll Management as per WPS for both Staff and Production. Preparing the salary files and bank statements for salary transfers in Coordination with finance department for timely disbursal of salaries.
Dealing with Banks - Preparing salary certificates & salary transfer letters for opening accounts & processing of loan applications / credit cards.
Visa / labour cards processing & renewals, arranging for employees' medical test, visa cancellations, terminations etc. in liaison with the PRO
Recruitment of candidates by placing ads in newspapers, screening resumes, conducting preliminary telephonic interviews and arranging final interviews with the company Directors / department heads.
Induction - Briefing the new recruits about the hr policies and welcoming them into the team. Issuing appointment letter, ID cards etc.
Processing of time cards - for production staff, monitoring in and out time of staff, enquiring about delays, absenteeism and submitting the report to the management
Training- Conducting English assessment training (ISO) for new joiners.
Following up with all Departments for conducting technical / refresher training as the case may be for new recruits in their departments.
Conflict Resolution - Undertaking disciplinary actions by issuing Memos / notices / Warning Letters / Show Cause Notices.
Resolving any issues at the earliest by preliminary counselling/ bringing it to the management's notice.
Assisting the HR Director in annual salary reviews and updating the staff handbook as requested by the director
Generating HR reports / communicating HR Policies on periodical intervals and create visibility and awareness.
Conduct the Exit Interview, process full & final settlement and release Service Certificates after ensuring that the employees owed no dues
Maintaining company loan register - issuing of salary advance and loans after approvals from the authority, making note of it and deducting the same from succeeding salary.
Employee file / passport handle - maintenance and updating personnel files from joining date with all information, certificates etc, holding / release of passports with approvals
