Generating Offer / Appointment / Confirmation Letters and other employee related correspondence and exit formalities.
Leave Management & Records including early going/late coming /Partial off during working hours.
Perform a variety of administrative duties, (e.g. office supply and equipment orders, etc.), preparing and/or processing administrative requests/documents (e.g. travel requests, expense claims, vouchers, etc.)
Schedule meetings of staff and other consultants & provides hospitality service arrangements.
Maintain files (both paper and computer) and databases for the office.
Receiving and sorting mails, handle telephone enquiries, attend to walk-in vendors, visitors and customer, etc.
Taking care of all the day to day admin works.
