|To be successful in this role you will need a University/College degree in a related discipline. You will have to display a proven ability in demonstrating flexibility to meet the changing demands of the business and a strong interaction with client area with proven influencing experience. Minimum of 4years job related experienced is required and preferably with Generalist experience in company with 500+ employees. Essential to have a strong organizational skills, the ability to successfully complete several tasks concurrently, maintain high levels of attention to detail, maintain documentation and record keeping and meet deadlines.|

Your role will be taking direct responsibility for all HR payroll related activities pertaining to all grades to ensure a timely and accurate payment made to all QDFC employees. You will provide a range of HR services to QDFC departments ensuring HR services are dispensed in a speedy and effective manner. You will supervise payroll activities such as time records, incentives, overtime. Compiling payroll statistics, maintaining payroll controls and calculating payroll summaries ensuring that all processes are executed appropriately and in line with payroll deadlines. Part of your job is to provide system training to all eTAS user, conducting quarterly refresher workshop covering all payroll related activities to ensure knowledge/information are shared to all end user effectively.
Participate in any projects to develop the payroll processes and database, taking a lead on identifying improvements and playing a key role in implementing any resultant change. You will be responsible for all trouble shooting and arrive at a solution of payroll related activities in QDFC.
